Crab Cakes:

Pan fry in oil over medium heat for 3-minutes a side or bake/BBQ at 375° for 12 minutes.

Lobster Thermidor:

Bake at 375° for 20 minutes until the cheese browns.

Coquille St. Jaques:

Bake at 350° for 25 minutes until the cheese browns and the sauce bubbles or microwave for 3 minutes on high.

Wild Rice Salmon:

Season with salt & pepper, brush with olive oil and bake at 375° for 15 minutes or BBQ on foil.

Shrimp Sate:

Season with salt and pepper, broil on the BBQ at medium heat for 2 ½ minutes a side or bake with a little butter at 375° for 12 minutes.

Seafood Mac & Cheese:

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Fish Pie:

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Sheppard's Pie:

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Lasagna:

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Salmon Burgers:

Brush with olive oil, BBQ on medium heat for 3 minutes a-side or pan fry in oil on medium heat for 3 minutes a-side.

Meat Pies:

Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or remove from foil container and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
